On Episode 138 of The Tennis Files Podcast, I spoke with sports science expert, Tim Roberts, about athlete monitoring, workload and recovery.

Tim is the Director of Sports Science at Theragun. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Sport and Exercise Science and achieved a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science. Tim was a Senior Sports Scientist at the Gatorade Sports Science Institute at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. While there, he combined his expertise in sports nutrition/exercise performance and sports science data to develop innovative strategies for athletes and organizations to reach their potential. Tim also founded Scientific-Athlete, and is considered a world leading expert in sports science for golf.
